2. Dental Services & Patient Care

BramCare Dental Centre provides comprehensive dental care services, including preventative cleanings, fillings, whitening, crowns, bridges, dentures, and extractions. Treatment plans are tailored specifically to your oral health requirements. Your clinical records are maintained securely in accordance with Ontario health regulations and privacy standards.

3. Medical & Dental Advice Disclaimer

4. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

To respect the schedules of our dental team and other patients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment modifications or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, may be subject to a standard cancellation fee.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your medical history, current medications, allergies, and insurance coverage. You are also responsible for following any post-treatment care instructions provided by our dental professionals to ensure optimal recovery and treatment outcomes.

6. Fees, Billing & Insurance

BramCare Dental Centre aligns its fees with the standard fee guidelines suggested by the Ontario Dental Association (ODA). We offer direct billing (assignment of benefits) to most Canadian dental insurance providers for your convenience. However, please note that you are ultimately responsible for any portion of the treatment fee, deductible, or balance not paid or covered by your insurance provider.

7. Practice Policy & Service Discontinuation

We operate under the regulatory guidelines of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). We reserve the right to discharge a patient or discontinue treatments under specific circumstances in compliance with RCDSO standards, including but not limited to repeated non-compliance with treatment advice, outstanding balances, or inappropriate behavior towards our clinic staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, trademarks, page layouts, text, and imagery featured on this website are the exclusive property of BramCare Dental Centre and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or modify any portion of this site without our prior written consent.
